Our Wedding Packages

Our wedding packages vary in price depending on guest count, but they all include the following:

-day of coordinator for your rehearsal and ceremony
-up to 16 total hours of venue use:
1 hour private tour with venue owner
1 hour access for engagement photos
3 hours access on day prior to wedding for self decorating, between 2-5 pm
1 hour access after signed contract to preview venue, take measurements
1 hour planning session to discuss flower selections and/or
design and decorations, if purchasing flowers through Honey Creek Farms
1 hour access for rehearsal between 5-7 pm the night before
6 hours access the day of your wedding, between 10am-10pm
2 hours access the day after your wedding to clean up your decor, Sundays between 1-3 pm
~ use of an 8 person golf cart
~ use of the bridal cottage
~ use of the groom’s room
~ 2 vintage church pews for ceremony
~ bench seating for ceremony at cabin
~ tables and chairs for reception in barn
~ sweetheart table
~ 2 picnic tables outside of barn

~ 2 vintage sofas in barn loft
~ vintage wine barrel cooler
~ 5 fans in barn

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:

Photo booth

( ) $300 includes 3 hours use of an inflatable photo booth with
brilliant led lighting set up and breakdown, props, unlimited
pictures, photo booth attendant, digital album uploads,
free online gallery

Rehearsal Dinner

( ) $200, 2 hours use at the cabin, charcoal grill, 3 food/drink tables,
seating on ceremony benches, bonfire, sound system included
( ) $300, 2 hours on the farmhouse screened porch, gas grill, seating
and tables for 30, 3 food/drink tables, access to farmhouse
bathroom, music

Design and Decorations
( ) CUSTOM DECORATION OF THE CEREMONY SITE: PEWS,
DOORS, ARBOR, AND RECEPTION: BARN, BARN LOFT, CHAIRS,
TABLE DECOR, TABLECLOTHS, TABLE RUNNERS, ETC.

Flowers

( ) Custom Floral Pricing for your entire event (including ceremony
flowers for the aisle, arbor and doors, table centerpieces,
bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, toss bouquet, etc)

Relax and Stay

( ) $350, “girls night” friday night accommodations in bridal suite for
up to 6 guests with complimentary breakfast and mimosas
( ) $200, “newlywed bliss”, saturday night accommodations for bride
and groom in Bridal Suite with complimentary bottle of champagne

Miscellaneous

( ) $2000 FOR FULL WEDDING PLANNING (INCLUDES WEDDING THEME
DESIGN, GRAPHIC DESIGN, BUDGET AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT,
DAY OF SET UP AND DESIGN, TEAR-DOWN, DAY OF COORDINATION
DETAIL MANAGEMENT, ENDLESS SUPPORT)
( ) $100 PER ADDITIONAL HOUR OF VENUE ACCESS
( ) $50, cake cutting fee
( ) $50, bonfire at the barn or cabin
( ) $50, parking attendant and director for 1.5 hours prior to ceremony
( ) $100 to move doors and 2 church pews from cabin to barn area
